My files stays in this browser

Drafts, submitted-message snapshots, attached originals and saved replies are stored in this browser profile. My files defaults to 300 MiB, subject to browser and device space. It is not account sync or an automatic cloud backup. Clearing site data, removing the browser profile or losing the device can lose these copies. Download individual files or a ZIP backup and keep that copy separately.

Anyone using this browser profile can open its saved work. Changing devices, browsers or website addresses does not move the folder. Local history search uses these files; its search terms are not sent to the Kiv1 service. The browser also keeps request identifiers so it can recover an earlier result without sending the task again.

What goes to the AI

When you choose Send, the text in that message goes through the Kiv1 service to an external AI processing service. Saved history and the contents of My files are not automatically included. Attaching a file does not make it AI context: attachments remain local, and the workspace asks you to detach them before sending text.

If you want the AI to use an excerpt, put that excerpt in the message yourself. Sending it shares it with the Kiv1 service and its AI processor. Only include material you are allowed to share; do not send secrets, sensitive personal data or confidential customer records during this pilot. AI processing may take place outside your country.

A saved message snapshot is not proof that a request was sent or completed. Check its actual result status. Website reading, other connected tools, paid purchases and verification email are unavailable in this pilot.

Guest sessions and service records

The service uses secure session cookies to recognize a guest and enforce access and usage limits. It keeps submitted text, results, request identifiers and usage records for recovery, limits and protection against abuse. Website delivery and protection also involve technical request information such as IP addresses, request times and requested pages. A guest session is not a registered account or a promise of anonymity.

Deleting a browser file removes that local copy; it does not delete service records or information handled by external providers. Ending the 24-hour pilot does not automatically erase those records. This pilot does not promise an automatic deletion date or a provider retention or training setting. Contact us about information you have shared; identity and request details may be needed to locate a service record.

Email signup and email sign-in are unavailable. This pilot does not request a verification email or take payment-card details.

Website delivery

The selected pages contain no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Cloudflare provides website delivery and network protection; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. External services have their own processing practices. This notice does not promise that all processing stays on your device.
